Hiking, Surf and Yoga retreat Schedule

The Pure Flow Motions yoga retreats team have put together a wonderful schedule for one week to create a deep transformation for body and mind. Feel free during the week to take sometimes time off or not to participate in some of the activities scheduled, above all it is your week to deeply relax and connect! 

Daily schedule

Day 1 :

  • Meet at reception at 16:00

  • Small trip to the cliffs with mindfulness session

  • Yoga class

  • Dinner

  •  Relax & Sleep

     

 

 

Day 2 : 

  • 8:00 Yoga class

  • Breakfast Buffet

  • Surf lessons

  • Lunch on the beach

  • More surf (if weather permits)

  • Relax in hotel

  • Yoga class

  • Dinner

Day 3 :

  • Yoga class

  • Breakfast Buffet

  • Nature walk along coastline

  • Lunch on location

  • Hiking

  • Relax in hotel

  • Yoga session

  • Dinner

Day 4:

  • Wake up

  • Yoga class

  • Breafast Buffet

  • Surf classes

  • Lunch on the beach 

  • More surfclasses (if weather /tides permit)

  • Yoga class

  • Dinner


Day 5:

Retreat Detox day, healthy fruit&veg juices, herbal teas. 

 

  • Mind&Motion/Yoga class

  • Delicious Fruit & Veg breakfast, mindfulness session. 

  • Short nature hiking.

  • Healthy lunch

  • Sauna& Relaxing time/ optional Surfing (extra fee)

  • Light diner 

  • Relax & Sleep

Day 6: 

  • Yoga class

  • Breakfast Buffet

  • Surf lessons on beach.

  • Lunch on the beach

  • Qigong/yoga session in the nature

  • Surprise Dinner

  • Relax & Sleep

Day 7:

  • Wake up

  • Yoga class

  • Breakfast Buffet

  • 11:00 Last meeting

  • Check-out
