Daily yoga retreat schedule

This is your week to deeply relax and connect.
Feel free during the week to take sometimes time off or not to participate in some of the activities scheduled. Instead of surfing, you can also choose to come to the beach for relaxation and hiking or stay in the hotel to use the SPA facilities, or do whatever you like :)

Day 1 :

  • Meet at reception at 16:00 for an introduction and we will go for a beautiful mindfulness and meditation session on the cliffs. (Bring a beach towel and warm clothes.)

  • 18:00 Yoga - Breathwork - Meditation session

  • Dinner

  •  Relax & Sleep

     

 

 

Day 2 : 

  • 8:00 Yoga - Breathwork - Meditation session

  • Healthy Breakfast Buffet

  • Surf lessons

  • Lunch on the beach

  • Relax in hotel

  • 18:00 Yoga - Breathwork - Meditation session

  • Dinner

Day 3 :

  • 8:00 Yoga - Breathwork - Meditation session

  • Healthy Breakfast Buffet

  • Nature walk along coastline

  • Lunch on location

  • Hiking

  • Relax in hotel

  • Yoga - Breathwork - Meditation session

  • Dinner

Day 4:

  • 8:00 Yoga - Breathwork - Meditation session

  • Healthy Breakfast Buffet

  • Surf classes

  • Lunch on the beach 

  • Yoga - Breathwork - Meditation session

  • Dinner


Day 5:

Retreat relaxing & mindfulness. day.

  •  8:00 Yoga - Breathwork - Meditation session

  • Healthy Breakfast Buffet

  • Short nature hiking.

  • Healthy lunch

  • Sauna& Relaxing time/ optional Surfing (extra fee)

  • Light diner 

  • Relax & Sleep

Day 6: 

  • 8:00 Yoga - Breathwork - Meditation session

  • Breakfast Buffet

  • Surf lessons on the beach.

  • Lunch on the beach

  • Yoga session in the nature

  • Surprise Dinner

Day 7:

  • 11:00 Last meeting
