Summer Surf & Yoga weeks

Summer has arrived here in the Algarve and we are ready for our next surf hiking and yoga retreats in June and September. In July, August beginning September we will have a break with Pure Flow motions yoga retreats, but with Freeride surf school we will be doing Surf&Yoga Holidays in Sagres to keep mind and body healthy and enjoy the wonderful beaches of Portugal. 

Daily Yoga Classes in Sagres

From 1 July - 15 September there will be daily yoga classes in the Memmo hotel in Sagres at 18:00. During the day you can go surf with Freeride Surf School and after a nice rest come join for a yoga class. Good vibes!
